FOR THE 2013-2014 PLAN YEAR BEGINS

 

Wylie ISD employees will have many changes to the benefit plans going into effect on September 1, 2013.  I encourage you to check out the link below for 2013-2014 Benefits to get more information regarding these changes.

Wylie ISD has a new online enrollment system, www.in-roll.com, for 2013-2014 benefit plans.  In order to make elections for the next school year, you must go to this new website.  Your username is the first letter of your legal name plus your full last name plus the last 4 numbers of your social security number.  Your initial password for logging in the first time is wisd (all lowercase).  You will be prompted to change this password immediately.  Instructions on navigating this new system can be found in the Wylie ISD Benefits Summary Booklet.

As a reminder -

• You MUST re-elect the Flexible Spending Accounts for your medical and dependent care each year in order to continue this benefit.
• If you are on the TRS Active Care 1 plan – this plan will be going away for 2013-2014 – you MUST go online to make a new election or you will automatically be switched to the TRS Active Care 1HD (high deductible) plan.
• You need to confirm the beneficiary on file for your basic life insurance (paid by the district) is listed and accurate.
• Three dental plans will be available for 2013-2014 – so be sure to check your enrollment to ensure you are on the plan that is right for you or your family.
